About the Event
A guided subtle movement inquiry into conscious embodiment and engaging the breath of life.
In this hour-long class, you will be offered the space to drop-in to your inner world of sensation, breath, and movement. Held space to rest, to breathe, to move, to let go. As your nervous system rests and settles, your body shifts into a restorative, reparative state. A mid-week touchstone to ground into your inner nature and the mysterious radiance of your livingness.
Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm pacific time // 6 weeks // February 9nd through March 16th.
Held on zoom. Recordings will be available for participants to revisit during the week. Participate live or via the recordings.
