A four week class series exploring and embodying the late-summer harvest season as it lives in our bodies, the corresponding earth element from a traditional Taoist medicine perspective, and the transition across the equinox as we shift into autumn. These sunday morning classes offer a kind community and supportive continer for deepening in our somatic practice.
This class series is the final of five seasonal classes that began in late fall 2020. Tracking the seasonal shifts within our bodies has offered grounded persepecitve as we've navigated the unfamiliar landscape around us this year. Newcomers are welcome; participation in earlier series is not required.
Held on Zoom. Teaching portions of class will be recorded. Participate live or via the recordings.
