Continuing our seasonal class series, we will be exploring and embodying the summer season as it lives in our bodies, and the corresponding fire element from a traditional Taoist medicine perspective. These sunday morning classes offer a kind community and supportive continer for deepening in our somatic practice.
Held on Zoom. Teaching portions of class will be recorded. Participate live or via the recordings.
This class is intended for those with experience with the work. If you are new to Continuum, you are more than welcome to still join - please just let me know by email and I will offer you some resources to help give you a virtual intro before the class series begins.
